You’ll receive your plan documents, which are very similar to the documents you receive when opening any financial product (i.e. a bank account, insurance policy etc), which include the full details of the options you’ve selected and the terms and conditions, as well as your policy number and name etc. These will be delivered by email and will also be always available to download or view via your personal login with Investors Trust. You can request a paper copy to be posted to you if you like, for an additional fee of $50. There is no fee for electronic delivery of the documents.
